Big capacity and powerfull smallframe cylinder from POLINI with reinforced GRAND-SPORT piston rings
Since 2010/2011 there is an upgrade of the well known grey cast iron cylinder kit (Art. No.: Z1014) available! It is the RACING cylinder. This cylinder kit is equipped with a new cylinder head having optimized cooling fins and a redesigned combustion chamber. This big capacity and powerfull smallframe cylinder from POLINI is fitted with reinforced GRAND-SPORT piston rings.
These rings are high quality nodular graphite iron rings. This leads to increased breaking resistance and lifetime. The thickness of these piston rings is also 1,5mm.
Using the POLINI 130ccm RACE cylinder out of the box, it provides good power output, low consumption and a long lifetime.
In addition this cylinder kit offers many possibilities for further power output!
In case of the right finishing treatment, this cylinder is capable of over 25 PS at the wheel.
Characteristics/Features:
This cast iron cylinder exibits 7 transfer ports including a triple boostport. Wide one-piece exhaust port and a strong piston from ASSO. A new design cylinder head with optimized cooling fins and redesigned combustion chamber for better power output. Equipped with two reinforced GRAND-SPORT 1,5mm conversion rings this cylinder kit is well equipped for heavy duty.
